About Back to Roots

Who we Are?

We create research-informed, nature-driven learning experiences that strengthen the foundation of childhood. Our programs are intentionally designed to build emotional resilience, creativity, sensory awareness, and social confidence through meaningful hands-on exploration. By blending nature, culture, and experiential learning, we offer children high-quality developmental experiences that enrich classroom learning.

Our Mission

At Back to Roots, we strive to rekindle the essence of childhood by creating meaningful, hands-on experiences that nurture a child's curiosity, imagination, and connection with nature and culture. Through thoughtful play and creative exploration, we inspire a slower, more mindful way of growing and learning — filled with real moments, simple joy, and lasting memories.

Seeds of Wonder — Stories Rooted in Childhood

🌿 Every great story begins with a seed — a moment of play, a connection with nature, a spark of curiosity. Back to Roots celebrates those beginnings, reminding us that the truest growth happens when we nurture what once made us wonder.

Our Programs

Choose from our range of engaging programs designed to suit different age groups and interests.

Echoes of Joy

The sweetest melodies are the voices of families who have rediscovered the joy of simple moments and meaningful connections.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I get to see photos/videos of my child’s session?
We capture sweet moments during each workshop and share curated photos and videos with parents in a link afterwards. It’s a great way to witness their joy and growth.
Why doesnt B2R have a dedicated centre?
Back to Roots is not a place, its a way of learning, living and growing. B2R mission is to reconnect children with real world settings and not confine them into a building. We have witnessed real learning happens in open spaces and community environments.
Is the session supervised at all times?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority. All sessions are facilitated by trained adults who maintain a warm, watchful environment. We work with small groups to ensure every child is seen, heard, and cared for.
How are your sessions different from regular extracurricular classes?
We focus on experience, not instruction. Kids don’t just sit and practice, they craft, plant, move, laugh, and reflect. It’s unplugged, grounded in Indian culture, and full of creative freedom helping build emotional intelligence, observation skills, and joy.
Do you collaborate with schools or communities for private batches?
Yes! We love working with schools, apartments, and learning communities. If you are an educator or parent who wants to bring Back to Roots to your campus or group, just reach out — we’ll customize it for you, while alligning with our Phyilosophy.
